Log In to Outlook Web App
Purpose
This guide explains how to access your Fuyao Glass America (FGA) corporate email account via Microsoft Outlook on the web.
Prerequisites
- An active FGA Microsoft 365 license (provided by IT throught request)
- Your FGA email address (e.g.,
xxx@fuyaousa.com) - Your Microsoft account password
- A supported browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)
- Note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up is required.
Steps
- Go to the Office 365 web portal at outlook.office.com.
- Enter your full FGA Email address and click Next.
- Enter your Password and click Sign in.
- Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt on your mobile device (e.g., approving the Microsoft Authenticator notification).
- You should now see your Outlook Inbox.
Common Issues
| Symptom | Likely Cause | Fix |

| "Account blocked" or "Too many attempts" | Invalid password entered multiple times | Wait 15 minutes and try again. If it is still blocked, contact IT Support. |

| Not receiving MFA prompts on phone | Phone no longer paired or poor connection | Make sure your phone has an internet connection. If you recently got a new phone, contact IT to reset your MFA bindings. |
