Log In to Outlook Web App

Purpose

This guide explains how to access your Fuyao Glass America (FGA) corporate email account via Microsoft Outlook on the web.

Prerequisites

  • An active FGA Microsoft 365 license (provided by IT throught request)
  • Your FGA email address (e.g., xxx@fuyaousa.com)
  • Your Microsoft account password
  • A supported browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)
  • Note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up is required.

Steps

  1. Go to the Office 365 web portal at outlook.office.com.
  2. Enter your full FGA Email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your Password and click Sign in.
  4. Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt on your mobile device (e.g., approving the Microsoft Authenticator notification).
  5. You should now see your Outlook Inbox.
