Set Up Outlook App
Purpose
This guide explains how to add your Fuyao Glass America (FGA) email account to the Microsoft Outlook desktop application (for Windows/Mac) or the Outlook mobile app (for iOS/Android).
Prerequisites
- An active FGA Microsoft 365 license (provided by IT through request)
- Your FGA email address (e.g.,
xxx@fuyaousa.com) - Your Microsoft account password
- Note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup is required.
Steps (Desktop Application)
- Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your PC or Mac.
- If this is your first time opening Outlook, a "Welcome to Outlook" screen will appear. If you already have an inbox open, click File > Add Account.
- Enter your full FGA Email address and click Connect.
- Enter your Password when prompted.
- Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt on your mobile phone.
- Check the box to "Allow my organization to manage my device" if you are on a company computer, then click OK.
- Click Done to open your new inbox!
Steps (Mobile Application)
- Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the app and tap Add Email Account.
- Enter your full FGA Email address and tap Continue.
- Enter your Password on the Microsoft sign-in page.
- Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt using Microsoft Authenticator.
- Optional: The app may ask if you want to add another account; tap Maybe Later.
Common Issues
