When to use PLEX Workflow-Based Request

  • New account request (PLEX, Microsoft, OA, MES, KORS, Camera)
  • PLEX Permission changes
  • Workflow changes
  • VPN access
  • New equipment request (Computer, mouse...)

⚠️ IT will only process formal access requests submitted through PLEX Workflow-Based Request

What Happens After Submission?

  1. Manager reviews and approves
  2. IT receives the approved request
  3. IT processes the request
  4. You will be notified by email once completed

Processing time depends on request type and workload.
